episode1

it's been quite a while since i've updated this, and lots of things've been happening. okay, hmm... i don't even know where to start! yups, i'm in seattle right now, in fact, it's been a week since i got here. let's start with the first few days.

when my mom & i arrived, audwin picked us up. he's really nice! he helped us buy stuff to fill up my nice lil apartment (which is still quite empty til now > <....) and he also drove us around. ts really great to meet him. without him, i think i'll only stare at my four white walls the entire day! the stupid thing is, i bought cingular as my hp plan. damn. i know everyone in cali uses that, but somehow here in WA, most people use t-mobile. good thing i've only signed up for pre-paid, so i'll definitely change over once i finish using up the credit inside.

and then i met indah. she's a really superb nice gal! really friendly. she brought me to ikea to shop for my furni. guess what? ikea here is damn ex, unlike in singapore. just buying a few stuff'd cost me about $500++. and the neighbors around here are really friendly and helpful too! when i only wanted to borrow some tools from my friend yuli, she sent her friend donny over and he helped me fix everything up. i'm glad he did! lazy bummer me. XD but now i guess i owe him pancakes... darn

now comes the *climax*... heck. i'm totally experiencing a k-drama here. on my 3rd day/night... i went to catch a movie with indah and gang. watched some horror flick (which was kinda stupid... that i forgot the title.) about a dude who played this video game and people started dying. okay, all the scares aside. after the movie i went home in don's car. that's cos he's my neighbor... so why not? i won't have to trouble indah anyway. so after reaching home, we went up the elevator together and i asked him where the bus stop to catch my bus is. so he insisted to show me (he's real kind... aww) in his car. after one round to the place and back, i totally forgot. it's not on purpose! firstly, it's at night, and i'm really new to the place so everything looks the same. secondly, we talked so much that i didn't pay much attention! but okay, after the second round, i got it.(but after that it turns out to be the WRONG place....)

after that we went up and then he offered to help me check on the Net for the bus schedules. so i went to.. his room. and stayed there for a while. at around 1am i went up to my room... to find out that stupid me left my keys at home. knocked on the door for minutes but my mom didn't open the door. so i thought she slept already. and... that'd meant i had no place to go!! > <" i panicked.. but he was still beside. then he offered that i stay overnight in his room. i was DUMBFOUNDED. that's crazy! sleeping in a stranger + GUY's house... but... after some coaxing... i did. (what in the world was i thinkin' about?!) when i entered his room, my head was totally spinning. heck yea i was super damn tired and i really needed to sleep, but... i can't sleep in HIS clothes on HIS bed in HIS house!!!! so i refused to change into his clothes, kept drinking water and sat down on his futon bed muttering to myself. and he thought it was funny!? after a while i cooled down, and we started to chat. then at around 2-3am... he offered to teach me how to drive in his Merc-Benz E500. i was like **omigawd!!** then he just laughed and joked that i should be grateful my 1st time drivin in seattle is in a realli cool car. so we practised at the parking lots nearby... when he told me that i'm the 1st girl he allowed to drive his car. it was like 'zutto?! wow.' did feel something then, but now it was nothing. after that we chatted til dawn and watched a HK movie... of course, upon reaching home i got scolded and stuff but it's okay now =P

we got closer since that stupid i kinda like it tho... XD day. but... i heard rumors that my neighbor+friend yuli likes him... really felt like.. sh*t. i mean, i don't like him, i don't wanna hurt yuli but... i can't just tell him that we should be quits cos of such stuff. i mean, after that day, we went to queen anne's hill together... bought tix to fall out boy's concert.. went shopping and he brought me to the golden garden beach. and he was really sweet... which makes me feel even more guilty. how sweet? well, let's just say he really takes notice of me and do corny stuff like... lent me his coat when i was cold... helped me carry my stuff... real patient and stuff. i mean, i'm not really moved by these kind of stuff... to me, he's just bein a gentleman. but to others, this IS the hottest topic of the week, perhaps, of the month. good thing nobody knows about it so far. i went out with jason once and it became hot topic, so i won't want things to repeat itself with don. but i couldn't take it so i asked him one morning... he invited me to his room and he told me that he and yuli are only friends, and that if it's only cos of rumors then he can't spend time with me, then it's really stupid. the stupidest thing he said was 'whoever i want to go out with, whoever i want in my car, it's up to me.. the stupider thing is, i have the same principles too... so... yea.

the latest stupid thing that happened was that... he went to portland with my new friends, including indah and yuli... and he bought an iHome and a GUESS sling bag for me!!! how'm i gonna bring the bag to school? but i can't just not use it... paid $68 for it. worse still... i promised yuli to go to school together on monday... really big time bummer!! damn..... aargg!!!! why must this happen to me? > <,
