so far i've applied for UC (Berkeley), USC & UW. that seems... bad. how can i only apply for three? what if... (i pray not) i don't get into any? then i'd have to wait until NEXT year to start applying for the courses again. and that's a total waste of time.
then comes the totally troublesome online applications. why'd they ask me questions like 'use three words to describe yourself' or 'your favorite movie of all time'? why'd they care?! and personal statements... it's definitely not easy talkin' about yourself in 600 words, especially if you have to talk about how passionate you are about the particular major you're applying for.
lastly, the english language proficiency exams. it's not like i haven't been studying in english for like, my entire life?! okay, almost i'd say. i'll have to take the idiotic TOEFL iBT on Jan 12, and the Michigan Language Test on Jan 5. urgh! why must i take those tests?
