thanksgiving is coming this thursday! *yay* and i can't wait for black friday shopping!! all the humongous discounts ALL over..... *sighs* shoppers' dream.
anyway, i checked my mailbox this afternoon, and i FINALLY received wei li's postcard. the postcard was dated back in oct 20 when it "left" singapore, so i can only imagine the number of miles it'd traveled to get to my mailbox. anyway, i want to thank weili for the postcard; it's really sweet (and that pic you drew is really funny!). one thing that amuses me was the writings on the postcard: "I see a country where patriotism (yes, they really bolded the word!) is always in style. - Uniquely Singapore" lolols!!! singapore, they always have to include little bits of propaganda in everything. funny.
