recession, finals and to top it all, my best friend's leaving.

what am i to do? ):

anyway, i guess i don't blog as much anymore. mostly because i can't find the inspiration to blog about anything in my dull, dull life. things are pretty much the same day in and out... is life really boring, or am i just old?

anyhow... i've been thinking about getting a new digital camera. i know i still have my old one, but i've not used it since last year cos i forgot to bring the batteries back (partly the reason why i hardly update my pictures anymore...), and i just don't wanna fork out $40 for some stupid batteries. moreover, that battery's obsolete now, so it's hard to just find a replacement. and to think about it, that battery's about 1/4 the price of a new camera y'know... then again, even though my old camera's only 5.0Megapixel... it still works great. at least it did last year. and when i bought it way back in 2004/2005 (can't remember), i paid a hefty S$500 for it. adjust it for inflation, and it becomes way expensive! i really don't know what to do! > <" should i toss it aside for a $150 8.0MP new camera?
