at lunch today, a bunch of chinese people talked about me for "occupying" their seat. actually, they were the ones who came to my table, so why should i move for them anyway right? they kept saying "赶走她", and "快点去啦。。。"
two of them even said...
A: 如果她听得懂我们怎么办？
B: 我也先有这样想！可是你看她的样子好像听不懂的啦。。。
apparently, they don't think i look chinese enough to understand chinese. how more "chinese" must i look to convince them that i know what they were saying? they should be glad i didn't tell them "你们说的话我全部明白啊". sheesh!
